Dear Delegates, Advisors and Future Diplomats, Welcome to the very first OKANMUN on our campus! It is with great excitement and honor that I welcome you to this milestone event, where we will come together to experience the power of diplomacy, international relations, and collaboration. This conference is an incredible opportunity for all of you to challenge your ideas, develop new skills, and engage in meaningful discussions with one another. Whether you are new to Model UN or a seasoned delegate, your presence here is what will make this conference truly special. To our first-time delegates, I encourage you to read the study guides thoroughly, as they will help introduce you to the flow of committee sessions. Remember that while the study guides serve as a foundation, they are not exhaustive. We recommend complementing them with additional resources to gain a deeper understanding of the issues at hand. As we embark on this journey together, I urge you to dive into every debate, ask questions, and push the boundaries of your thinking.
